Return Policy

At MQS Clothing, we want you to love your purchase. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, our return policy is designed to make the process simple and straightforward.​
Eligibility & Timeframe​
  • You may return items for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.​
  • Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags and packaging intact.​
  • Final sale items (marked “Non-Returnable”) cannot be returned or exchanged.​
How to Initiate a Return​
  1. Log into your MQS Clothing account and navigate to “Order History.”​
  1. Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return and click “Request Return.”​
  1. Follow the prompts to specify the reason for return and choose between a refund or exchange.​
  1. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return label via email (for domestic orders). International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.​
Refund Processing​
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned items.​
  • Funds will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that your bank may take additional time to reflect the refund.​
Exchanges​
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, we’ll ship the new item once we receive your return—at no extra cost for domestic exchanges.​
